Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to start a return
Contact us at support@winterpaw.ca with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after 30 days
